Hi, I'm Zachary Jackson

Owner/Founder, Safety Keynote Speaker

I am a safety keynote speaker and safety advocate dedicated to preventing life-altering workplace incidents through hard-earned experience and honest storytelling. With a career spanning various industries, including wood products, paper mills, chemical facilities, refineries, and power generation plants, I have worked in some of the most demanding and high-risk environments in the country.

My perspective on workplace safety was permanently shaped by a 25-foot fall that could have easily been fatal. What began as a routine task became a defining moment—one that exposed the reality of how quickly conditions can change and how small decisions can carry lifelong consequences.

That experience now fuels my mission in safety advocacy, ensuring others never have to learn about safety the same way I did.
